You are the Lord of my life.
I walk with you, in your ways.
May I always seek to serve you.
As I lay down pipes across the world,

Help me to overcome difficulties, to look after my fellow man, and to complete the task ahead of me.
Please protect me as I work, and care for my loved ones in my absence.
May the lines of my heart and life go straight and steady into your kingdom.
Lord, thank you that you are with me always.
"May I always seek to serve you"
The following short film is a contemporary reading of the Lord's prayer, shot in downtown New York shortly after the 9/11 tragedy:-
"Where could I go to escape
from your Spirit
or from your sight?
If I were to climb up
to the highest heavens,
you would be there.
If I were to dig down
to the world of the dead
you would also be there."
(Psalm 139:7-8, CEV)
"This I declare about the Lord:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;
he is my God, and I trust him.
For he will rescue you from every trap
and protect you from deadly disease.
He will cover you with his feathers.
He will shelter you with his wings.
His faithful promises are your armor and protection."
(Psalm 91:2-4, NLT)
